Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee end-to-end operations including admissions processing, customer support, partnerships, and platform performance. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Technology & Platform Operations Work closely with the tech/product team to ensure the AI-powered platform supports operational needs. Oversee system efficiency, data integrity, and continuous platform improvement. Ensure smooth integration of automation and digital tools. Partnership & Stakeholder Management Support relationships with universities, colleges, embassies, and service providers. Ensure partner agreements are operationally executed and monitored. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to international education regulations and data protection standards. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain quality control and ethical standards across all operations.
