Minimum of SSCE; further training in hospitality is a plus. 1–3 years experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or catering setup. Good spoken English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be polite, respectful, and customer-service oriented. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene.

Greet customers warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints politely. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Keep the dining area clean and organized at all times. Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Process payments and issue receipts using POS or cash. Assist in setting up before service and closing duties after service. Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate.
