Office Documentation: Establish and maintain organized filing systems for the Company’s documents, files and records. Assist in preparing necessary documents and carry out distribution where necessary. Office Management: Ensure the office reception is clean and tidy. Ensure the office equipment e.g telephone, photocopy machine, Biometrics Attendance Machine are in good condition. Monitor the Office Assistant cleaning schedule and cleaning activities. Management of Activations, BPs and Post: Event Report Employee ensures activation/sampling in assigned outlet is carried out as planned and Brand Promoter(s) are educated on how and what to do at the activation venue. Calls Management with Existing Customers: Call the existing customers to find out their stock levels and any other concerns they might have concerning our brand/products. Report Management: Prepare and process accurate expense reports, purchase orders including invoices from third party and prepare office budgets. Office Communication and Policy Implementation: Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a confidential and accessible manner. Implement and enforce Company policies and procedures related to outlets activations.
