Process Improvement: Analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes. Develop and implement metrics to measure operational performance, tracking progress and making data-driven decisions. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and other departments. Ensure effective communication with external stakeholders, including clients, realtors and partners. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
