Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities. Support in designing graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content. Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing and consulting team to ensure consistent messaging. Assist in managing online community interactions and responding to inquiries professionally.
